Four Places That Share One Address
The Land of Legends sits in Kadriye Mahallesi, Serik. Belek is the resort coast people already know, and the park’s own promotional copy uses that name. On the ground you still choose four things separately: a ticketed theme park, the Shopping Avenue, Kingdom Hotel, and Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya.

Say Kadriye When You Mean the Gate
Belek is a real coastal resort in Serik, with golf hotels and a beach strip. Kadriye is the neighbourhood written on this complex. A driver who is given only “Belek” can stop at the wrong reception.

Cab Istanbul is an independent chauffeur service. The driver is not a park guide, and the company is not a partner of the park, of Rixos, or of Nickelodeon. For this address, book an Antalya-side car and put Kadriye, Atatürk Avenue 104/1-2, Serik in the note. There is no reason to start that ride at Istanbul Airport.
What You Are Actually Buying
One gate area holds a theme park, an open shopping avenue, and two hotels with different characters. Mixing them up is how people buy the wrong ticket or walk to the wrong lobby.
- Theme park. The ticketed lands: Nickelodeon Land, Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter, Adventure Land, Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon, Waterfly and Dolphin Land. One day ticket is the park’s product. It does not make the avenue’s canal boat or a dolphin swim free.
- Shopping Avenue. The official English name. Turkish pages also say Mall. It is the canal, the shops and the evening shows. Walking it is presented as free of the park ticket. The canal tour is sold at ticket booths.
- Kingdom Hotel. The complex’s own hotel: pink and blue rooms, Kingdom Club, a pool, Anjana Spa, Legends Pub and Legends Store. The booking page labels the board basis “All In Concept” and says theme-park entrance is included in the accommodation price, with extras inside the park paid separately.
- Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya. A second hotel, opened into the complex for 2025, with rooms themed to SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Star Trek. Its page prints 238 rooms, Full Board +, six restaurants, three bars, Club Nick and Aqua Nick.
Time. An avenue evening is a few hours. A park day is a full day and still will not cover every land, especially when water units are open. Two days only pay off if you are sleeping here or next door and you have checked that the rate really includes park entry.
Lands as the Official Map Names Them
Status below is what the official land pages showed on 16 October 2026, including units marked temporarily closed. It is not a season calendar. Open the map the morning you go.

The daily-ticket card also prints “35+ thrill rides” and “55+ water slides”. That is sales copy on the ticket, not a count of what was open. On the same October week the map had a long temporarily-closed list. Older guides that said “40+ slides”, a 1,300 m coaster, or 115 km/s were using a different sheet. The live Hyper Coaster page uses metres of height and kilometres per hour.
Thrill, Family, Young Children
Thrill
Adventure Land is the dry speed: Hyper Coaster and Typhoon Coaster when they are on the open list. Waterfly and the taller Tropic Lagoon and Aqua Land slides are the wet speed, and they were the first units to show as closed in mid-October. Fast Track, when you buy it, names a set of these rides, including Hyper Coaster, Typhoon Coaster and Turtle Coaster. It is a shorter queue, not a walk-on.
Families
Family Coaster, WaterMania, the Nickelodeon theatre and meet-and-greets, and the dolphin show when it is running, sit in the middle. A parent with one thrill-seeking teenager and one small child should split the day: one adult on the coaster queue, the other in Nickelodeon Land, then meet at a named restaurant rather than a landmark that looks the same from every path.
Young children
Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter, Bikini Bottom and Adventure Bay are the character grounds. Toddler is a named unit in Adventure Land. There is no single height that covers the park. The only general figure of this kind on the Fast Track page is “not recommended under 120 cm”, and that line is about the Fast Track wristband, not a rule that every child under 120 cm is barred from every unit.
Visitors under 12 may not enter or leave without a companion, and that companion must be at least 18. Pregnant guests, and guests with heart problems, high blood pressure, physical illness, skin infections or open wounds, are told by the park rules not to use the pools and the units. If you are unsure, the park’s own line is to ask a doctor before you travel. Staff signs on the ride override any summary on this page. This is not medical advice.
Slides Follow the Season and the Maintenance List
Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon and Waterfly are the park’s water. On 16 October 2026 a large share of Tropic Lagoon’s slides carried a temporarily-closed flag, and Adventure Land’s header stopped at 18:00 while the site-wide park line still said 22:00. A summer photograph of a yellow slide is not a promise for a late-October afternoon.
- Swimwear is mandatory on pools and slides. Footwear is required in the park through the day.
- Under 3: water-resistant swim diapers. The rules say ordinary diapers are not suitable.
- Lockers. The Shopping Avenue service list includes a locker. The park rules do not publish a towel or changing-room promise. Ask at Guest Relations that morning rather than arriving with a plan that depends on a free towel.
- Aqua Nick is the Nickelodeon hotel’s own water area. The hotel page calls it a heated outdoor pool, open to hotel guests year-round. It is not Aqua Land and it is not Tropic Lagoon.
Use the film for the look of the slides. Confirm the unit on the day’s map before you queue.
Nickelodeon Land and Masha Stay Separate
Nickelodeon Land, on the 2026 park pages, is Bikini Bottom, Adventure Bay and Star Trek: Wild Galaxy. The hotel next door adds Dora and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as room themes. Meeting a turtle in a bedroom is not the same as a turtle-themed land on the park map.
Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter is its own land, with Masha’s house and character meetings advertised on the homepage. It is not a corner of Nickelodeon Land. Sunset Pass terms name this land, together with Adventure Land and Nickelodeon Land, as the evening set — and then say selected attractions only, subject to operations.
Character breakfasts and Snick Lounge birthdays are hotel or calendar products. They are not included because you hold a day ticket. Read the event date.
Shark Trek Is Still a Separate Ticket
The official Shark Trek page was live in October 2026. It is a helmet walk in the shark habitat, sold on the website, the Legendary App or at Dolphin Land, not a free stop on the day ticket. The dolphin show is the item marked free. Swims, feeding and Shark Trek are extra, and several swim products were marked temporarily closed on the day the map was checked.
The published conditions: age 10 and above, groups of up to four, about 15 minutes, depth 4.5–5 metres, arrive 30 minutes early at the Dolphin Land reservation point. The operator excludes pregnant guests and guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin, ear or lung conditions, asthma, pharyngitis, epilepsy, malaria, or mental or physical conditions on its list. That is the venue’s entry rule. It is not a medical opinion, and a visitor who does not want a captive-animal programme can skip the building entirely. Photography and video are an extra charge. Private Shark Trek and Shark Diving are further products with their own pages.
Lira, a Date, and a Wristband
Prices below were on the Turkish storefront of thelandoflegends.com when it was read on 16 October 2026. The sunset card was labelled 16 October. The day-ticket card beside it was labelled 17 October. The next morning can show a different number. Do not convert these figures into dollars or euros; the official Turkish page sells in lira. Strikethrough prices are the card’s own “was” price next to a website discount.

Park’n Pizza and Park’n Burger appear on the same store as a day ticket plus a set menu at Pizza Express or Burger Stop. Read the date on that card; this guide does not freeze their price. A Legendary Card (annual) is also on the store. Its price was not a clean public figure on the card we could label, so it is omitted.
An app campaign advertised 20% off the Sunset Pass inside the Legendary App, against 15% on the website, and the two offers cannot be stacked. The app is real. The operator has also posted that app ticket sales were paused and that buyers should use the website. Check which channel is selling on the day.
Wristband, food, re-entry
- Collect the wristband at the park counters. Infants who have not reached their 4th birthday get a baby wristband. Children who have not reached their 12th birthday get the child band. ID is required, including for tickets bought online.
- The band is for one person, one operating day. Same-day exit and re-entry is allowed while you still wear it. It cannot be passed to someone else. If it is lost, go to Guest Relations; the park is not responsible for balance already spent.
- Food, soft drinks and alcohol from outside are prohibited. The published rules do not list a baby-food exception. Ask Guest Relations before you rely on one.
- Inside the park you pay with credit loaded on the wristband, cash or card at the cash points. Dolphin programmes, cabanas and street games sit on that paid list. A dolphin or cabana refund, if any, is only up to one day before the date.
- Park wristbands are non-refundable. Pets are prohibited. Scooters, skateboards, bicycles and roller skates are prohibited. Pushchairs are not on that ban list; a stroller is visible on the avenue in the supplied photograph. Ride seats are still decided by the unit.
A Shorter Queue, Sold by the Park
Fast Track is an official add-on, sold at park desks, on thelandoflegends.com and in the Legendary App. The page tells you to join the queue marked Fast Track and show the wristband. It says the product gives priority in a shorter queue and does not grant direct access. Capacity can still limit it. The band is valid only on the day of purchase, non-refundable, non-transferable, and one person only. It is not recommended under 120 cm. You still have to meet the ride’s own rules.
The published ride list includes Hyper Coaster, Typhoon Coaster, Turtle Coaster, Family Coaster, Galeon, Sky Fighter and a run of water slides (Abyss, Rafting Rapids, Challenger, Deep Dive and others). There is no price on that rules page. Ignore blog figures in euros or old lira amounts from review sites. Read the product card the day you buy. One suite at the Nickelodeon hotel, the Star Trek Iconic Suite, advertises complimentary Fast Track. That privilege is written for the suite, not for every room.
The Mall You Can Enter Without a Park Band
The English pages call it Shopping Avenue and The Land of Legends Mall. The avenue page says the renewed look can be experienced free of charge, and it sells the canal tour at ticket booths. Shops and restaurants are paid in the ordinary way. The store count on the page was “+176 stores” in October 2026.
Campaign tiles that month named Tommy Hilfiger, Tommy Jeans, Gap, Lacoste, Birkenstock, Under Armour, Desa, Penti and others. The Ipekyol sign is readable on the canal photograph. Treat these as examples of what was on the wall, not as a directory, and not as a promise that a given brand is still in the same unit.
Services listed on the avenue: prayer room, car wash, infirmary, canal tour, wheelchair, restrooms including a family restroom and an accessible restroom, taxi, Wi-Fi, ATM, baby care room, EV charging, pharmacy, locker, children’s playground. Day-parking rules are not spelled out on that list. Ask before you assume a free garage.
Show times move. On 16 October 2026 the avenue calendar listed the Chimera Fountain at 22:30–22:42, with a note about loud sound and light. A Musical Boat Parade sat on 20 October at 22:00–22:45. Those two lines are examples of how short and how movable the slots are. They are not a nightly timetable. Open the events list for your date. The official blog’s “usually 21:00–22:00” is the same kind of soft hint and should not be copied into a plan.
Kingdom Hotel and Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya
Both are bookable on thelandoflegends.com and both advertise theme-park access with a stay. They are not interchangeable rooms, and a Rixos stay nearby is a third contract.

Kingdom’s headline still calls itself Türkiye’s first hotel designed for children. That sentence is a slogan on the booking page. This guide does not treat it as a checked historical claim. Check-in on the Kingdom rate text is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00. Child pricing depends on the room category: one published deluxe example allows one child under 12 on existing bedding, with the next child aged 3–12 at 25% for an extra bed. The Nickelodeon themed deluxe line is different again (one child 0–11.99 and one infant 0–2.99 with two adults). Use the category on your confirmation.
What a Wristband Includes, and What a Room Includes

Four Ways to Spend the Time
One day, highlights
If the water list is thin, spend the morning in Adventure Land on whatever coasters are actually open, then Nickelodeon Land and Masha, and leave the park while you still have an evening on the avenue. If the water list is full, drop one dry land. Do not schedule Hyper Coaster, Tropic Lagoon and a dolphin swim as if they were all short queues.
A young child
Masha, Bikini Bottom and Adventure Bay, a playground on the avenue, and the baby care room if you need it. Add a splash visit only where the unit accepts the child’s height and a swim diaper. Club Nick or Kingdom Club is for resident children, and the desk sets the day’s activity. There is no published age band to quote.
Water-focused
Worth it when Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon and Waterfly show open slides. The 16 October 2026 map was a weak day for this plan. Aqua Nick covers a hotel guest who wants water without those slides. It does not replace them.
Two nights in the hotel
Use one day for characters and dry rides, one for water if the map allows, and both evenings for the canal calendar. Book the Rixos Premium beach shuttle a day ahead if you are staying at least three nights and that note is still on your rate. Halloween programming was on the homepage in mid-October, and IRONMAN 70.3 Türkiye is listed at the complex for 30 October–1 November 2026. Those dates will be busier on the avenue and the roads. No wait-time figure is published here because the park does not give a standing one.
Season, Crowds, Access, App
The useful season question is whether the water lands are running, not whether the castle looks good in a photograph. July and August are the slide months and the crowded months. Late October can still sell a 10:00–22:00 park ticket while a long list of slides sits on maintenance. Weekends, school holidays, the Halloween events on the October calendar, and the IRONMAN weekend are the crowd markers. Arrive at opening for the ride you care about. There is no honest minute-count for the queue.
The Legendary App is the operator’s app, used for some discounts and for add-ons. It is not a substitute for the day’s closure list.
The disabled-guest policy requires a companion aged 18 or over. The guest and companion are told to watch a full cycle of the ride and to skip it if unsure. Staff may help with boarding and may refuse a ride; they are not allowed to lift a guest. Wheelchairs are on the avenue service list. None of that equals “fully accessible”. Smoking is only in signed areas. An infirmary is listed on the avenue. Customer service on the site is 444 9913 inside Türkiye and +90 850 755 1 797 from abroad.
The theme-park page cites a Green Key certificate for the park, an ISO 22000 food-safety certificate for the park, and an environmental certificate for Kingdom Hotel. Ask the hotel if you need the current certificate for a tender; a web badge is not the document.
Possible, If You Want a Park Rather Than a Quiet Resort
Couples and adult friends can use the avenue at dusk, eat in one of the mall restaurants, watch the boat parade if it is on the calendar, and ride Hyper Coaster or Typhoon Coaster when those units are open and the health signs allow it. Anjana Spa is on both hotel pages. Dolphin Land is optional and separate.
The hotels are built around children. Nickelodeon rooms, slime, character breakfasts and Club Nick are the product, not a side activity you can switch off. Kingdom’s pink-and-blue rooms and game consoles point the same way. If you want a quiet adult beach hotel, book one in Belek on purpose and come here for an evening, or for a single park day.
Park Counters and Avenue Restaurants Are Not the Hotel Plan
Inside the park the public names include Burger Stop, Chikko Fast, Donut Worry Be Happy and Mungo. Pizza Express appears on the Park’n Pizza bundle. On the avenue, the fine-dining row includes Alâ Akşam, Asil, Ava, MykOrini, Nemo, Nickelodeon Cafe and Piazzetta Italiana. Le Spatula is a Nickelodeon hotel outlet. A full-board or all-in hotel rate does not automatically open those checks. Kingdom’s rate text says extra spending in the park is excluded.

Questions People Bring to the Gate
Is The Land of Legends in Belek or in Kadriye?
The address on the official footer is Kadriye Mahallesi, Serik, Antalya. Belek is the resort name used in the park’s own articles and on fact sheets. Use both words if you like, and put Kadriye on the driver’s note.
Which district and province is the gate in?
Serik district, Antalya province. The street line used across the 2026 pages is Atatürk Avenue No: 104/1-2, postal code 07525. Tourism operation licence 11796.
How far is Antalya Airport?
The hotel’s 2026 fact sheet prints 27 km to Antalya Airport and 30 km to the city centre. Treat that as the printed distance. Traffic on the coast road changes the minutes, so this page does not give a drive time.
Should the transfer start at Istanbul Airport?
No. The complex is on the Antalya coast. A private car is an Antalya Airport or a hotel-to-Kadriye ride. Cab Istanbul can arrange a chauffeur; that driver is not a guide and is not a park partner.
What should I type as the pin?
Kadriye Mahallesi, Atatürk Avenue No: 104/1-2, 07525 Serik, Antalya. Add the hotel name if you are sleeping there, because Kingdom and the Nickelodeon hotel have different lobbies.
What are the separate pieces of the complex?
The ticketed theme park, Shopping Avenue (also called the Mall), Kingdom Hotel, and Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya. Dining and shows sit inside those, not in a fifth gate.
Do I need a park ticket to walk the Shopping Avenue?
The avenue is presented as a free visit, separate from the park wristband. Shops, restaurants and the canal tour are paid. A park ticket is for the lands.
Is the gondola included?
The canal tour is sold at ticket booths. It is not the same thing as walking the shopfronts, and it is not automatically inside a theme-park day ticket.
What time does the theme park open?
In October 2026 the site header printed 10:00–22:00. Adventure Land, Tropic Lagoon and Dolphin Land pages also printed 10:00–18:00. Rule 28 says attraction hours change with capacity and demand. Read the date you are visiting.
Does 10:00–22:00 mean every slide is open?
No. On 16 October 2026 many Tropic Lagoon slides, the Hyper Coaster and some Nickelodeon units were marked temporarily closed while the header still showed 10:00–22:00.
Which lands are on the 2026 map?
Nickelodeon Land, Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter, Adventure Land, Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon, Waterfly and Dolphin Land, plus the Shopping Avenue outside the ticket.
Is Nickelodeon Land the same as the Nickelodeon hotel?
No. The land is inside the theme park. Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya is a hotel with its own rooms, Club Nick and Aqua Nick.
Is Masha and the Bear still there?
Yes. Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter is a current land on the official site, separate from Nickelodeon Land.
Will I meet Dora and the Ninja Turtles in the park?
Those names are room themes at the Nickelodeon hotel. The park land’s own sub-areas are Bikini Bottom, Adventure Bay and Star Trek: Wild Galaxy. Check the day’s meet-and-greet list before you promise a child a specific character.
What is Waterfly?
The site calls it the newest land, built around water and airborne rides. It is current. Like the other water lands, individual units close.
Is Aqua Nick the main water park?
No. Aqua Nick is the Nickelodeon hotel’s heated outdoor water area, described as open to hotel guests year-round. Aqua Land, Tropic Lagoon and Waterfly are the theme-park water.
Can I plan a slide day in October?
Only after you read that morning’s map. Mid-October 2026 showed a long temporarily-closed list on Tropic Lagoon. Summer is the reliable water season. October can still be a strong dry-park and avenue day.
How high and how fast is the Hyper Coaster?
The official attraction page says 62 metres high and 115 km/h. It does not say 115 km/s, and it does not give 1,300 metres of track. On 16 October 2026 the Adventure Land list also marked the coaster temporarily closed.
What ages are on the ticket?
Under 4 is an infant wristband. From the 4th birthday until the 12th birthday is a child. From the 12th birthday is an adult. ID is required at the counter.
What did tickets cost in mid-October 2026?
On the Turkish store, the 16 October Sunset Pass showed ₺1,275 for 12+ and ₺1,020 for ages 4–11 after the website’s 15% line. The 17 October day ticket showed ₺2,400 and ₺1,920 after 20%. The dolphin meet-and-greet bundle that day showed ₺6,900 and ₺6,400. Buy again on your date.
Are those prices in euros?
The figures above are Turkish lira from the Turkish storefront. The operator can show another currency on a language version. Use the currency on the card you pay, and do not carry an old dollar or euro table forward.
What is the Sunset Pass?
An evening ticket, printed as 16:00–22:00, for selected attractions in Adventure Land, Nickelodeon Land and Masha and The Bear Land of Laughter. It is not a full-day water-park product.
Is Fast Track a real product?
Yes. It is sold by the park, online and in the app. You use a marked shorter queue. It does not let you walk straight on, it lasts one day, and it is not recommended under 120 cm.
How much is Fast Track?
The rules page does not print a price. Review-site numbers are not used here. Open the official card.
Can I leave and come back the same day?
Yes, on the same operating day, if your own wristband is still on your wrist. A lost band goes to Guest Relations. You cannot hand the band to another person.
Can I bring food and drink?
The park rules prohibit outside food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Load the wristband and buy inside, or eat on the avenue if you are outside the park gate.
Is baby food exempt?
The written rules do not say so. Ask Guest Relations before you assume an exception. Swim diapers for children under 3 are a separate, explicit pool rule.
What are the swimwear rules?
Swimwear is mandatory on pools and slides. Ordinary shoes are not the pool outfit. Children under 3 need water-resistant swim diapers. Footwear is required elsewhere in the park.
Is there one height limit for the whole park?
No. Each unit posts its own height, age and health rule. The 120 cm line belongs to the Fast Track recommendation, not to every ride.
Can a pregnant guest use the slides and pools?
The park rules say no. The same paragraph covers heart problems, high blood pressure, physical illness, skin infections and open wounds. Ride signs can be stricter. This page is not medical advice.
Is the park fully accessible?
No. Disabled guests need a companion aged 18 or over. They are asked to watch a full ride cycle, staff will not lift a guest, and staff may refuse boarding. A wheelchair is listed among avenue services.
Are strollers allowed?
The ban list names scooters, skateboards, bicycles and roller skates, not pushchairs. Ride seats are still unit by unit. The avenue has a baby care room on its service list.
Does a hotel night include the theme park?
Kingdom’s rate text says park entrance is included and park extras are not. The Nickelodeon hotel page says complimentary unlimited access during the stay. Confirm the sentence on the rate you book. A day visitor still buys a ticket.
Does the hotel meal plan cover Burger Stop and the avenue?
Do not assume it. Kingdom excludes extra park spending. Nickelodeon prints Full Board + with six restaurants and three bars at the hotel. Mall restaurants are a separate bill unless your confirmation includes them.
Which hotel is better with small children?
Choose the Nickelodeon hotel if the room theme is the point. Choose Kingdom if you want the park-side hotel without committing the bedroom to one show. Both are family hotels. Neither is a quiet adult resort.
How many rooms does the Nickelodeon hotel have?
The hotel’s own page prints 238. Kingdom’s live page lists room types and does not print a matching total, so this guide does not invent one.
What ages does Club Nick take?
The published paragraph does not give an age range. It says the club is open 09:00–23:00 and uses Nickelodeon themes. Ask the hotel for that day’s group. It is not described as babysitting.
Is Shark Trek still operating?
The official page was up in October 2026: age 10+, groups up to four, about 15 minutes, 4.5–5 metres, helmet walk, extra photo package. It is a paid captive-animal programme. Skip it if that is not what you want. Some other dolphin swims were marked temporarily closed the same day.
What time is the fountain?
There is no standing clock. On 16 October 2026 Chimera Fountain was listed at 22:30–22:42. Another date that week put the boat parade at 22:00. Open the events list.
Is the dolphin show included in a day ticket?
The land page marks the dolphin show “Free”, which means no extra ticket when it is running. Meet-and-greet, swims and Shark Trek are separate products. The show can still be off the schedule.
Can children enter alone?
Visitors under 12 must be with a companion who is at least 18.
Are pets allowed?
No. The theme-park rules prohibit pets.
Is there an official app?
Yes, the Legendary App. It has carried its own Sunset Pass discount. Ticket sales inside the app have also been paused at times. If the app will not sell, use the website.
What is the link with Rixos?
The Land of Legends site lists Rixos hotels and publishes stay offers: Rixos Park Belek with entry and daytime transport, Rixos Premium Belek with entry and a transfer, and a beach shuttle for Kingdom or Nickelodeon guests who stay at least three nights. Those are Rixos contracts. They do not make Cab Istanbul a Rixos partner.
We are a couple without children. Is this the wrong place?
It is the wrong place if you want silence. It is a reasonable place for an avenue evening, a meal, and a thrill ride when the health signs allow it. Book a Belek beach hotel if the park is only one day of the week.
Does IRONMAN affect a visit?
IRONMAN 70.3 Türkiye is listed at the complex for 30 October–1 November 2026. Expect a busier avenue and local roads. The park does not publish a closure for ordinary visitors in the material checked here; still read that week’s events.
Where do I complain or ask about a closed ride?
Guest Relations inside the park, or customer service 444 9913 / +90 850 755 1 797. Weather and maintenance are written into the rules as reasons a unit stops.
Is smoking allowed?
Only in the signed areas, under Law No. 4207 as the park rules cite it.
How long should I allow?
A few hours for the avenue. A full day for the park, knowing you will skip lands. Two park days only if you are staying and the rate includes entry. A water-only day needs an open slide list.
