Services Agreement
1.1 Service Provider

1.2 Service Recipient
Any natural or legal person who books or receives transportation services from the Service Provider through any authorised digital channel, including the website www.cabistanbul.com, mobile applications, or affiliate booking platforms.
This Agreement governs the terms under which the Service Provider offers private ground transportation services within Turkey, including:
- Airport pick-up and drop-off transfer services
- Hourly chauffeur-driven vehicle rental
- Daily or programme-based chauffeur-driven vehicle rental
- Intercity and regional transfer services
All services are provided with a professional driver and fuel included unless otherwise stated. No self-drive option is available.
The following vehicle categories are available subject to availability and customer selection:
- Executive and luxury sedans (Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, Volkswagen Passat)
- VIP minivans (Mercedes Vito Standard and VIP, Volkswagen Caravelle)
- Minibuses (Mercedes Sprinter 10+1, 13+1, 16+1)
- Coaches and large buses (30+1+1 capacity)
The Service Provider reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class where necessary, at no additional charge to the Service Recipient.
- 4.1The Service Recipient acknowledges that vehicle replacement may be required due to traffic controls or law enforcement inspections.
- 4.2In such cases, the Service Provider will assign an equivalent or higher-category vehicle at no additional cost.
- 4.3Delays or changes resulting from regulatory intervention are classified as force majeure events and the Service Provider bears no liability.
- 5.1Service fees are those displayed on the Service Provider's website or booking platform at the time of reservation confirmation.
- 5.2All published prices include VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
- 5.3The confirmed fee covers only the time, distance, and route specified at booking.
- 5.4Any excess time, additional distance, or route deviation will be charged at the supplementary rates stated on the platform.
- 5.5Extra stops not declared at booking, extended waiting time, and significant itinerary changes requested during service are subject to additional charges as communicated by the driver or operations team.
- 6.1Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@cabistanbul.com or via the platform cancellation function, quoting the reservation reference.
- 6.2More than 24 hours before service: Full refund, subject to deduction of bank fees and payment gateway charges beyond the Service Provider's control.
- 6.3Between 12 and 24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee applies; the remaining 50% is refunded per clause 6.2.
- 6.4Less than 12 hours before service, or no-show: No refund. The full service fee is forfeited.
- 6.5Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to the relevant financial institution's timelines.
- 7.1For airport pick-ups, the complimentary waiting period is 45 minutes from actual landing (international flights) and 30 minutes (domestic flights), using real-time flight tracking.
- 7.2For all other pick-up locations, 15 minutes complimentary waiting is included from the confirmed pick-up time.
- 7.3Waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance is charged at the applicable hourly rate, prorated.
- 7.4If the Service Recipient cannot be located or contacted within 60 minutes of the driver's arrival (post complimentary period), the booking is treated as a no-show.
- 7.5No additional waiting charges apply for delays caused by the flight itself, provided the Service Recipient is reachable via the contact details on the booking.
- 8.1Smoking — including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices — is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- 8.2Food consumption is not permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers may be allowed at the driver's discretion.
- 8.3Consumption of alcohol is prohibited except where expressly agreed for special charter bookings.
- 8.4Verbal or physical misconduct directed at the driver will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
- 8.5Pets are not permitted without prior written consent from the Service Provider obtained at booking.
- 8.6Transportation of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials is strictly forbidden.
- 8.7All passengers must wear seat belts as required by Turkish traffic law. The Service Provider is not liable for injury resulting from non-compliance.
- 9.1Each booking includes a luggage allowance appropriate to the vehicle category. Excess luggage should be declared at booking.
- 9.2The Service Provider accepts no liability for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- 9.3Items left in a vehicle will be held for 30 days. Contact info@cabistanbul.com to arrange recovery. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.
- 9.4No liability is accepted for damage to luggage resulting from road conditions or events outside the driver's reasonable control.
- 10.1The Service Recipient is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
- 10.2Significant soiling (including vomiting or spillage) incurs a minimum cleaning surcharge of TRY 500 or equivalent, covering valeting and out-of-service costs.
- 10.3Damage or soiling charges will be invoiced within 72 hours, supported by photographic evidence and receipts where applicable.
- 11.1The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed connections, or loss of profit.
- 11.2The Service Provider's maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
- 11.3The Service Provider maintains passenger liability insurance as required by Turkish law. Details available on request.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or seismic events
- Acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, or military operations
- Road closures, traffic incidents, or infrastructure failures
- Governmental orders, law enforcement decisions, or official authority actions
- Strikes, industrial action, or public health emergencies
- Airport closures or air traffic control disruptions
The Service Provider will take all reasonable steps to notify the Service Recipient and, where possible, arrange alternative service provision.
- 13.1Personal data provided at booking is processed for service delivery, legal compliance, and operational communication.
- 13.2Data is handled in accordance with Turkish KVKK (Law No. 6698) and applicable international standards.
- 13.3Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to fulfil the booked service (e.g., assigned drivers, payment processors).

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
- 15.1This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic acceptance at the time of booking confirmation.
- 15.2Each booking constitutes a separate acceptance of the Agreement terms current at that time.
- 15.3The Service Provider may amend this Agreement at any time by publishing updates on the website. Amendments apply to bookings made on or after the publication date.
