🔸 Hourly Rental Details: Hourly rentals are limited to 5 hours or 70 km. Each additional hour includes an extra 10 km allowance.

🔸 Last-Minute Reservations: We gladly accept last-minute requests; however, we cannot guarantee availability within minutes due to operational planning.  

🔸 Minimum Rental Period: Please note that a minimum rental period of at least 2 hours is required for us to provide chauffeur-driven services purchased online.

🔸 Extra Charges for Intercity Rentals: For intercity car hire with driver, expenses such as driver accommodation, meals, fuel, tolls, and bridges are charged additionally.

✔ Cancel 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior are refunded excluding bank transaction fees and VAT.

✖ Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable due to service preparation and resource allocation.

✔ Flexible Changes: Reservation changes are welcome if requested at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability and rate differences.
